Senior Recruiter (HR): Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate non-technical and non-sales roles with an accent on high-volume sourcing, candidate experience, and maintaining a high talent bar. Focus on building scalable hiring processes, partnering with leadership, and driving growth in a fast-paced, AI-native health-tech environment.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: expectation to work in-person at least 2 days per week). Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for corporate non-tech and non-sales openings.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting strategies.
• Provide a stellar, transparent, and timely candidate experience.
• Proactively attract world-class talent through active and passive sourcing campaigns.
• Strengthen the employer brand and introduce new hiring best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years of in-house experience.
• Experience working at an early-stage, fast-growth startup.
• Expertise in leading TA tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and ModernLoop.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing quality.
• Data, systems, and process-oriented mindset.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
