What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to design and deploy comprehensive search strategies for open technical positions.
  • Source and interview candidates using behavioral-based methodologies to identify top-tier talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling via AI tools and leading offer negotiations.
  • Edit and refine job descriptions to ensure they are compelling and representative of the role.
  • Leverage enterprise-level ATS and online recruiting resources to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, with a focus on technical recruiting.
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
  • Proven ability to manage 10-20 concurrent searches with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with Workday or other enterprise-level ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline (preferred).
