What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openings.
• Partner with functional leaders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
• Proactively attract world-class talent through active sourcing, job boards, and social media.
• Provide a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
• Continuously strengthen the employer brand and introduce TA best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Previous experience working at a fast-growth startup.
• Expertise in leading TA tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and GoodTime.
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without sacrificing quality.
• Must be based in New York City.
