What you will do

• Lead short and long-term growth initiatives for the Global Technology Organization.
• Develop new market initiatives and assess business opportunities through financial feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with corporate M&A teams to source and implement new business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify attractive market segments and adjacencies for investment.
• Monitor business development execution to ensure performance and compliance.
• Present strategic ideas and growth plans to C-Suite management.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Capital Markets or the securities industry.
• Proven capability to interact with executives internally and externally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex concepts and present information effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and business units.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
