What you will do

• Execute the overarching company vision by managing operational workflows across both clinical (Cares) and research (Cures) engines.
• Directly oversee the Engagement, Marketing, Outreach, Care Coordination, Data, and Medical Assistant teams.
• Optimize clinical and administrative performance, standardizing protocols to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Translate high-level strategy into granular operational sprints and define OKRs for metrics such as Gross Margin and CAC.
• Leverage AI and predictive analytics to improve throughput, optimize workforce deployment, and streamline patient engagement.
• Expand market reach and scale national payer network contracts across Commercial, Medicare Advantage, and Dual patients.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of operational leadership experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience specifically scaling a digital health or telehealth startup through Series B/C growth phases.
• Deep understanding of healthcare complexity, including payer credentialing, clinical licensure, and care models.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions based on P&L impact.
• Digital fluency and experience partnering with product, data, and engineering teams to drive AI interventions.
• Must be based in the United States.
