What you will do

• Design and drive corporate growth strategies to build a compelling portfolio of business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Unit presidents to translate high-level strategies into targeted actions and tangible earnings.
• Identify and drive critical initiatives including business building, product management, pricing, and operations.
• Execute revenue growth strategies through strategic acquisitions and corporate partnerships.
• Manage annual strategy cadences and engage the executive team and Board of Directors on company performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal leadership and external professional networks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years specifically in strategy management consulting.
• Background in a blue-chip consulting firm or corporate development roles within a leading financial institution.
• Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-ranked university is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through influence in a complex global organization.
