Salary: $190,000 - $225,000

What you will do
- Design and drive corporate growth strategies to build a compelling portfolio of business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Unit presidents to translate high-level strategies into targeted actions and tangible earnings.
- Identify and drive critical initiatives including business building, product management, pricing, and operations.
- Execute revenue growth strategies through strategic acquisitions and corporate partnerships.
- Manage annual strategy cadences and engage the executive team and Board of Directors on company performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal leadership and external professional networks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5-7 years specifically in strategy management consulting.
- Background in a blue-chip consulting firm or corporate development roles within a leading financial institution.
- Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-ranked university is highly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead through influence in a complex global organization.

- Experience in the institutional segments of financial services or fintech, particularly outsourced platforms.
