What you will do

• Define the strategy, business model, and expansion roadmap for hirify.global's new lines of business.
• Own the P&L from launch, including revenue targets, unit economics, pricing, margin, and resource allocation.
• Partner with clinical leadership to design evidence-based programs that deliver strong patient outcomes and can scale operationally.
• Facilitate workflow, system, and reporting development to run the business across admissions, scheduling, utilization review, care coordination, quality measurement, and discharge planning.
• Lead launch planning in partnership with hirify.global's payor relations and partnerships team.
• Drive alignment across Clinical, Operations, Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

Requirements

• 13+ years in healthcare, with meaningful exposure to complex care delivery environments.
• Experience in behavioral health, digital health, or value-based care is strongly preferred.
• Builder DNA: experience taking something from concept to operating reality.
• Systems Thinking & Strategic Range: ability to see how the pieces connect and develop a market entry strategy.
• Analytical Depth: deeply analytical with the ability to think in frameworks and use data to make decisions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: experience working across clinical, product, engineering, finance, and commercial teams.
