What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex, data-intensive initiatives.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across products.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity across source systems and APIs.
• Partner with QA to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and data validation approaches.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts on analytical techniques and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting data-driven systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of relational databases and complex SQL querying.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating data into business insights.
