Sr. Business Systems Analyst (ERP)

Location: Hybrid schedule with three in-office days (Monday–Wednesday) in Norwalk, CT

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for managing short-term client requests, long-term projects, and high-priority production issues.
• Break down initiatives into work streams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure clear communication of risks.
• Maintain the overall design integrity of ERP processes and systems.
• Support critical applications including NetSuite ERP, Celigo Integration, Seller Central, and Business Intelligence systems.
• Collaborate with business users and third-party developers to design, test, and enhance application solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and prioritize technical issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, IT, MIS, Engineering, or Business Analytics.
• 4+ years of Business/System Analyst or Technical Project Management experience.
• Experience working in an ERP system is required.
• Profound understanding of IT infrastructure, software integrations, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
• Must be able to work from the Norwalk, CT office three days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution.
• Experience with relational database systems and working knowledge of SQL syntax.
• Previous experience specifically with NetSuite.
