What you will do

• Formulate and document system scope and objectives in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
• Prepare detailed specifications for complex, multi-platform applications.
• Manage the system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and analysis.
• Perform complex system testing to ensure alignment with business and end-user expectations.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing application performance issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between business areas and systems teams to communicate project status and feasibility.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proven ability to provide oversight and guidance as a lead team member.
• Strong skills in forging and maintaining business partnerships.
• Ability to maintain a reliable high-speed wired internet connection for remote work.
