What you will do

• Participate in the full SDLC, from requirements gathering to release for complex initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Analyze organizational and system impacts of proposed solutions, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate system testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders through clear communication.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for supported systems, providing guidance and mentorship to peers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• At least 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform as a business analyst or administrator.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting organizations with 250+ employees.
• Proficiency in Salesforce core features including Sales, Service, and Flow.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Business Analyst certification or equivalent coursework.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITGC, ITCM, and ITIL frameworks.
