What you will do

• Partner with the LATAM sales team to lead technical discovery and own the technical sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Recommend integration strategies and design solution architectures using hirify.global Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, and AI products.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support proof-of-concept (POC) work.
• Identify and resolve technical objections by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
• Build lightweight prototypes and demos to showcase how products solve specific customer business problems.
• Share technical customer feedback with internal teams to influence product development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Technical Architecture).
• Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infrastructure, networking, and APIs.
• Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical implementation plans.
• Experience delivering demos and presentations to both technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or programmable voice and messaging.
• Knowledge of AI integrations, Voice AI, NLP, or machine learning.
• Proficiency in full-stack application development and modern programming languages.
• Previous experience in telecom or software engineering environments.
• Fluency across all three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
