What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end partner journey from pre-sales to go-live for banks and financial institutions.
• Design smart, scalable payment solutions tailored to partner needs in collaboration with Sales.
• Lead API integrations using REST, webhooks, and SDKs to accelerate partner onboarding.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for bank stakeholders on payment performance, UX, and global strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance the platform and ensure it is built for scale.
• Drive continuous optimization of conversion, authorization rates, fraud prevention, and routing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or equivalent technical role within payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Direct experience engaging with banks, neobanks, or regulated financial institutions.
• English: Advanced (C1+) mandatory.
• Strong experience with integration processes and working with APIs.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in risk-conscious environments.
• Experience delivering successful product demonstrations and presentations.
