What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deliver product demos for prospective mid-market clients in the USA and LATAM.
- Scope and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs), respond to RFPs/RFIs, and validate technical fit.
- Guide clients through end-to-end SDK and API integrations, from kickoff to go-live.
- Coordinate with Engineering to handle technical escalations and manage delivery milestones.
- Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure stability and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager at a SaaS company.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and backend integration patterns.
- Familiarity with web and mobile (iOS/Android) SDK integrations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and professional-level English (written and verbal).
- Must be based in Colombia and comfortable working fully remote across distributed time zones.
Nice to have
- Experience with identity verification, KYC, AML, or fraud prevention solutions.
- Familiarity with or MetaMap platforms.
- Track record of using AI tools to improve personal and team productivity.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, or Slack.
