System Analyst (Telco)

Location: Hybrid (Lisbon, Portugal). Must be based in Portugal with a requirement for 8-10 in-office days per month.

What you will do

• Coordinate new commission requirements across all phases, from ideation and design to testing and post-go-live support.
• Act as the primary interface between Sales, Commercial, Finance, and IT to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Support the structured delivery of commission solutions following agreed processes, budgets, and governance.
• Contribute to operational commission activities, including calculations, accruals, and reporting.
• Maintain transparent communication on project outcomes and progress for local and international stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in IT, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to translate business requirements into implementable technical commission logic.
• Long-term experience in channel commissions and IT-related project management.
• Strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Portugal to support the hybrid office model.
