TL;DR

Solutions Engineer [Pre and Post-Sales] - SMB (SaaS): Helping customers adopt and integrate the hirify.global CRM to maximize product impact with an accent on technical onboarding and system integration. Focus on designing scalable onboarding programs and solving complex business problems using APIs and iPaaS solutions.

Location: Hybrid in New York

Salary: $110K – $130K

What you will do

  • Guide new customers through onboarding via video calls, email, and chat to ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop scalable onboarding resources, including user guides, documentation, and office hours.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts to expand hirify.global's footprint and impact.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve product issues.
  • Collect and relay client feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles deploying or managing complex technical products.
  • Proven ability to solve business problems using technology.
  • Proficiency with SaaS concepts, APIs, JSON, and iPaaS tools like Zapier or Tray.ai.
  • Basic professional or academic experience with Javascript, Python, or SQL.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
