What you will do

• Define and champion a unified product vision across the entire portfolio, including core Word experiences and playbooks.
• Build, manage, and mentor a team of Product Managers, establishing high standards for product craft and process.
• Own the end-to-end roadmap, balancing immediate customer value with long-term platform investments.
• Partner with engineering and design to drive execution through clear specifications and tight feedback loops.
• Coordinate go-to-market strategies for product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Synthesize user research, data, and customer feedback into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

• Experience leading product at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (Series A–C), ideally in vertical AI or legaltech.
• Proven track record of managing PMs and hiring for craft.
• Ability to balance high-level portfolio strategy with granular detail in user flows and edge cases.
• Deep curiosity about AI, including model capabilities and the practical application of agents.
• Strong communication skills for writing PRDs and presenting roadmaps to the board.
• Must be based in Canada

Nice to have

• Background in law, legal operations, or enterprise compliance workflows.
• Experience building products for third-party surfaces like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with LLM patterns such as RAG, prompt design, and agentic workflows.
• Experience navigating rapid scaling following a Series B funding round.
