Focus on building scalable drafting tools, optimizing the customer journey from first use to habit, and coordinating horizontal workflows across the product ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto; or Remote across Canada and the USA.

Salary: $137,500 – $186,100 CAD

What you will do

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global’s drafting workflows.
• Collaborate with designers and developers (the triad) to build features that increase efficiency and productivity.
• Envision and leverage AI to radically improve the practice of law.
• Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and develop unbiased business cases.
• Drive the unification of horizontal workflows in partnership with Engineering.
• Act as the product liaison for third-party integrations and partnerships, managing technical complexities and UX.

Requirements

• Proven track record of independently taking multiple products or features from ideation to successful launch.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and natural ownership.
• Strong curiosity and ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations.
• Systems thinking approach to connect workflows, tools, customer needs, and business outcomes.
• Experience designing and documenting complex workflows involving documents and structured processes.
• Must be based in Canada or the USA.

Nice to have

• Founder or Co-Founder experience.
• Legal expertise or experience working in the legal industry (ex-lawyers & paralegals).
• Experience with AI-assisted document automation.
• Knowledge of legal document standards (e.g., ISO).
• Experience launching products in global markets.
