Focus on dramatically improving user adoption and business growth through intuitive onboarding and automation solutions.

Location: Available to candidates across the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) in a remote capacity. If you are local to one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto) you will be expected to be in office minimum two days per week for our Anchor Days.

Salary: $137,500 to $161,800 to $186,100 CAD.

What you will do

• Own a core product portfolio with a direct impact on how legal work is practiced and delivered.
• Transform user experiences by simplifying legacy, form-heavy, and multi-tab experiences into efficient, intuitive workspaces.
• Drive AI-powered innovation to radically simplify attorney workflows and create meaningful efficiency gains.
• Champion product-led growth with intuitive onboarding and automation solutions to make getting started and managing cases dramatically easier.
• Synthesize business requirements and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to design and deliver high-impact features.
• Ship and launch features end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Development, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Requirements

• Prior Legal Experience: A background as a practicing lawyer, paralegal, or in a legal operations role is a significant asset.
• At least 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
• Execution and Ownership: You are an outcomes-obsessed leader with a proven ability to make things happen, owning products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strategic & Data-Driven Thinking: You are a visionary who uses both qualitative and quantitative data to drive product strategy, defining requirements and measuring impact.
• Collaboration: You are a natural collaborator who builds strong partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features that users love.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation and machine learning concepts.
• Prior experience selecting, implementing, or managing legal technology solutions (e.g., practice management software, e-discovery platforms) within a legal environment.
• Experience in a non-traditional legal role, such as legal ops, legal tech consulting, or in-house innovation.
