What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and 6-18 month strategy for the North agentic AI platform.
• Build, coach, and lead a high-performing product management team across North's surfaces.
• Drive core product metrics including activation, adoption, retention, and net expansion.
• Collaborate with research and engineering to transform model capabilities into differentiated products.
• Engage directly with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners to discover product direction using qualitative and quantitative evidence.
• Oversee the technical documentation product and the overall product operating cadence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing other PMs.
• Proven track record of owning an enterprise SaaS product or platform end-to-end with measurable impact on revenue and adoption.
• Deep experience with AI-first product management, specifically in LLMs, agentic AI, or automation.
• Strong analytical skills to define metrics, instrument products, and interpret experiments.
• Experience working directly with high-stakes enterprise customers and ecosystem partners.
• Domain expertise in enterprise security, compliance, or productivity tools.
