What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap for AI-driven supplier network capabilities.
• Define and scale two-sided marketplace growth loops to increase engagement and transaction velocity.
• Lead product initiatives across supplier monetization, premium services, and marketplace access models.
• Drive development of AI-powered features such as intelligent matching, fraud detection, and identity verification.
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Establish and track north-star metrics focused on growth, adoption, retention, and monetization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with senior ownership of platform or marketplace products.
• Proven success scaling two-sided networks or marketplace ecosystems with measurable business impact.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise products, including predictive analytics and automation.
• Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with strong cross-functional influence.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to define success metrics.
• Must be based in Mexico.
