TL;DR

Lead Account Manager (Fintech): Strengthening long-term relationships with senior-level decision makers across global accounts to drive strategic engagement and revenue growth. Location: Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers and influencers across assigned global accounts.
  • Conduct regular strategy meetings with client leadership to align needs with company solutions.
  • Create demand for products and services through impactful presentations and strategic conversations.
  • Analyze client data and sales reports to identify risks, opportunities, and drive retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior Account Managers to ensure consistent client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales within a global or regulated industry.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders, develop scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, PMP).
  • Experience in capital markets or fintech.
  • Exposure to global teams and cross-border collaboration.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
