Location: New York, NY. Hybrid Schedule (M/F Remote, T/W/Th in-office)

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Represent performance marketing products and conduct consumer research to identify solutions.
  • Create, implement, and own the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers throughout the complete sales cycle.
  • Determine client needs for managed services (I/O) and programmatic buying.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide relevant reporting to clients.
  • Generate new leads using Salesforce, cold calling, and email outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience in programmatic media buying, planning, and activation.
  • Working knowledge of online video, connected TV (CTV), and the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software.
  • Must be located in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).
