Manager, IT Data Integration Lead - Omnichannel & Analytics

Location: Cambridge, MA, hybrid

Salary: $121,000–$162,000 annual base compensation

What you will do

• Partner with US Commercial stakeholders across Field Operations, Marketing Operations, Decision Sciences, and Patient Services to define strategic data and analytics needs.
• Lead discovery, documentation, validation, and translation of functional, non-functional, and data requirements into backlog-ready specifications.
• Design and govern integrations across Snowflake, Databricks, Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, and other commercial platforms.
• Map data flows, pipeline dependencies, curated datasets, semantic layers, and integration patterns including batch, API-based, real-time, and event-driven architectures.
• Coordinate with data engineering, enterprise applications, AI technology, commercial, medical, and vendor delivery teams through SAFe planning, sprints, testing, and releases.
• Identify integration risks and enforce data access, lineage, consent management, privacy, and compliance controls for patient-level data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience leading enterprise systems integrations and requirements management.
• Experience in life sciences and commercial operations, including Field, Marketing, and Patient Services in regulated data environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating Snowflake and Databricks with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, or comparable CRM and MarTech platforms.
• Strong knowledge of API-based, batch/ETL, real-time streaming, and event-driven integration architectures.
• Experience with data flow design, system dependency mapping, SQL and/or Databricks notebooks, specialty pharmacy data, claims and prescription data, marketing data, and master data management.
• Ability to work in the Cambridge, MA hybrid role.

Nice to have

• Experience with HCP 360, Patient 360, Next Best Action, Patient Journey, advanced analytics, or ML-enabled use cases.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe delivery models.
• Experience with Informatica, Snowflake data sharing, or other middleware and integration platforms.
