What you will do

• Bridge the gap between US Commercial business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to define strategic data objectives and requirements.
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of data integrations across Snowflake, Databricks, Veeva CRM, SFMC, and CDPs.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable data requirements for use cases such as Patient 360, omnichannel attribution, and ML-enabled insights.
• Define and implement integration patterns including API-based, batch/ETL, real-time streaming, and event-driven architectures.
• Enforce data governance standards and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) for all integration touchpoints involving patient data.
• Coordinate with offshore vendor partners within a SAFe Agile Release Train (ART) to manage deliverables and testing milestones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading systems integrations in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience in the life sciences industry, including familiarity with Commercial operations and regulated data environments.
• Hands-on experience designing integrations between enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and CRM/MarTech systems.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Databricks notebooks for data querying and validation.
• Expertise in data flow design and system dependency mapping across multi-platform commercial ecosystems.
• Must be based in or able to work in Cambridge, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with 360-degree data initiatives (HCP 360, Patient Journey, Next Best Action).
• Experience working within Agile / SAFe delivery models.
• Exposure to advanced analytics or ML use cases.
• Knowledge of middleware or integration platforms such as Informatica.
