TL;DR

Account Manager (Service/Repair): Securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work for elevator systems with an accent on relationship management and revenue growth. Focus on developing capital plans for customers, preparing repair proposals, and managing Tier 1-3 client accounts.

Location: Onsite in Broadview Heights, Ohio (Cleveland area)

Salary: $65,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Exceed sales goals and quotas by growing service and repair business and reducing cancellations.
  • Manage Tier 1, 2, and 3 service accounts through regular visits and relationship building within the assigned territory.
  • Develop long-term capital plans to address customers' building needs.
  • Prepare repair proposals and service contract bids by estimating costs and surveying equipment.
  • Analyze blueprints and collaborate with operations personnel for technical approvals and input.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture client and cross-functional relationships.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings or blueprints.
