TL;DR

Account Manager (Marketing): Managing full-funnel client success and ad deployment for the Allconnect platform with an accent on partner engagement and program optimization. Focus on driving campaign performance through multivariate testing and owning the full financial lifecycle of a business book.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in the South Charlotte area / Fort Mill, SC (office attendance required Monday-Thursday).

Salary: $60,000 - $90,000

What you will do

  • Lead full-funnel client success management from ideation and inception to ad deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that maximize program performance.
  • Manage the construction, request, and execution of partner digital advertisements.
  • Drive multivariate test plans and conduct regular performance analysis to optimize funnel efficiency.
  • Maintain complete ownership of a book of business, including revenue management and budget planning.
  • Lead business development efforts to expand and diversify the existing client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in account management or direct marketing at an agency.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visas are not accepted).
  • Employment must be direct; corp-to-corp arrangements are not available.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven track record in client relationship development and ad strategy.
