What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive engagement and long-term retention.
- Own and exceed revenue targets through proactive account expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to maximize account potential.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
- Must be based in Miami, FL
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
