What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive engagement and long-term retention.
  • Own and exceed revenue targets through proactive account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to maximize account potential.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
  • Must be based in Miami, FL

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
