Salary: $140,000–$180,000

What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity aligned with organizational strategy.
- Lead global mobility programs supporting international hires, relocations, and cross-border transfers with external partners.
- Manage offer compensation processes to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Partner with leadership and People Ops on compensation strategy, performance calibration, and data-driven decision making.
- Create data narratives and presentations for leadership to translate analysis into recommendations.
- Lead change management and communication of compensation practices with managers and individual contributors.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work on-site in New York City, Boston, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C.
- 6+ years experience with at least 2+ years in compensation roles, including engineering, GTM, and operations.
- Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics for competitive compensation.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Passion for educating and mentoring partners on compensation strategies.
