What you will do

• Develop and execute operational plans to drive revenue and net margin growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams as the general manager of the business, owning both strategic direction and execution.
• Manage customer profitability and build financial plans for new programs and distribution.
• Lead strategic customer meetings to drive results and execute key initiatives.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to optimize inventory flow and forecasting.
• Lead and develop a team of account managers, replenishment managers, and sales analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 10+ years of national account sales management experience.
• Walmart experience is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills for gathering and analyzing large data sets.
• Ability to travel 4 to 6 times per year.
