TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (Ecommerce SaaS): Managing GMV outcomes for large brand partners and maintaining VP-level relationships with an accent on commercial strategy and revenue expansion. Location: Remote within the continental US. Hybrid options available in New York and SF Bay Area.

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 USD + Equity & Commission

What you will do

  • Own GMV outcomes and maintain relationships with senior brand stakeholders from Director to VP+ levels.
  • Develop and execute renewal and expansion strategies across a portfolio of enterprise brand partners.
  • Build strategic growth theses and business cases to pitch upsells and new solutions to brand leadership.
  • Act as the single point of accountability, coordinating with Product, Ops, and Marketing to resolve escalations.
  • Codify Customer Growth methodology, including operating rhythms and renewal playbooks, to leverage the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience owning revenue outcomes in enterprise account management, customer success, or commercial roles.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding VP+ relationships at enterprise or mid-market brands.
  • Experience owning commercial negotiations, including renewals and contract motions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive pricing conversations and build growth cases.
  • Must be based in the United States; candidates outside the US cannot be accepted.

Nice to have

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or the resale/recommerce industry.
  • Background in a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.
  • Experience building team methodology, such as playbooks or escalation frameworks.
