Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
Compensation: $155,000–$203,000 (Total annualized on-target earnings including base, commission, and equity)

What you will do
- Act as a player-coach by joining customer calls, assisting with consultations, and helping the team navigate and close deals.
- Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and real-time feedback.
- Manage team forecasts and ensure every representative maintains a healthy 90-day pipeline in Salesforce.
- Cultivate a strong, inclusive team culture aligned with company values.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new Account Executives while managing performance.
- Collaborate with Sales Directors, Marketing, and Implementation teams to drive business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with quota-carrying experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of formal or informal leadership experience with a proven history of coaching.
- Background in Software or SaaS sales strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of forecast management and pipeline discipline.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

- Experience selling analytics, data, or insights-driven SaaS solutions.
- Retail supply chain industry experience.
