What you will do

• Conduct user research with pediatricians to define and prioritize the growth roadmap.
• Build self-serve product experiences for effortless patient referrals and navigation.
• Develop workflow automation to reduce administrative burdens for referring providers.
• Design clinical collaboration infrastructure to ensure seamless two-way data flow.
• Create enterprise integrations and partner-facing surfaces to facilitate new partnerships.
• Own the full product lifecycle from research and ideation to shipping and measurement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience shipping products end-to-end.
• Must be comfortable writing code (PRD and pull requests).
• Ability to operate independently and own metrics.
• Strong bias for shipping, prototyping, and iterative learning.
• Must be based in the US.
• Experience with EMR/EHR integrations or healthcare workflows is a plus.
