What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of AI Outcomes Managers to drive high-impact customer enablement and value realization.
• Develop prescriptive adoption playbooks, standard processes, and templates to ensure delivery consistency.
• Partner cross-functionally with Solution Architects and Delivery Excellence teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Synthesize field feedback and business insights to influence product roadmaps and new feature development.
• Design and report on metrics demonstrating ROI, adoption, and transformation progress for key accounts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI outcomes and user transformation, evangelizing best practices internally and externally.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing, consultative roles (e.g., management consulting, customer success, or product management) within an AI/data/enterprise SaaS company.
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a proven ability to scale teams and drive business transformation.
• Strong data fluency with experience managing adoption and ROI metrics.
• Understanding of modern AI capabilities including prompting, agent workflows, and LLMs.
• Experience facilitating workshops and change management programs.
• Must be able to work hybrid (3-4 days/week) in the SF Bay Area.
