What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the AI surface and associated workflows.
• Define and maintain evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and test cases to ensure AI response quality and user trust.
• Partner directly with engineers to provide clarity and drive fast delivery cycles without unnecessary approvals.
• Conduct continuous customer discovery to ground roadmap decisions in evidence and behavioral signals.
• Collaborate with data scientists to build instrumentation for tracking adoption and time-to-value metrics.
• Document product requirements, decision memos, and technical artifacts to ensure team alignment.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping AI features.
• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work for any US employer.
• Strong research instincts and experience leading customer discovery interviews.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication skills for PRDs and decision-making documentation.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-moving delivery cycles.

Nice to have

• Technical foundation or engineering background.
• Experience with AI concepts like LLMs, agents, and prompt engineering.
• Background in B2B enterprise SaaS, specifically HR tech or talent platforms.
• Familiarity with Continuous Discovery practices.
