Location: Hybrid (New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Salt Lake City, UT). Relocation assistance available for candidates outside these areas.
Salary: $248,000 - $310,000 USD (Tier 1)

What you will do
- Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for agentic AI customer support, focusing on automation and first contact resolution rates.
- Design the in-app customer support journey and intelligent channel routing to maximize self-resolution.
- Build an LLM-native orchestration layer featuring tool-calling agents and multi-step workflows.
- Develop the customer intelligence layer for personalization, intent classification, and proactive issue detection.
- Establish the interaction data model and feedback loops to drive sustained AI improvements.
- Define vendor integration requirements for AI voice and chat components to ensure a composable architecture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years directly working on AI, ML, or agentic systems.
- Proven 0-to-1 track record of taking AI-powered capabilities from concept to launch.
- Experience designing end-to-end customer-facing AI experiences and measuring resolution quality.
- Ability to write technical PRDs for ML systems, including feature engineering and evaluation criteria.
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and memory management.
- Must be based in or eligible for relocation to the US.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or domains with high financial/compliance risk.
- Prior exposure to contact center platforms, AI voice/chat vendors, or CRM integration patterns.
