What you will do

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quantity takeoffs for municipal, government, and private clients across water, wastewater, and heavy civil projects.
• Review project scopes to ensure total compliance with project documents and design plans.
• Collaborate with design, operation, and procurement teams to manage project timelines and requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on estimates ranging from simple factored costs to complex multi-billion-dollar lump sum bids.
• Lead multi-department review meetings to align on scope and project definitions.
• Direct and mentor junior estimators, facilitating their professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6 to 20 years of relevant estimating experience.
• Must be based in the US (Hybrid role at US Regional Offices).
• No visa sponsorship available.
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent field experience.
• Proficiency in InEight Estimating and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Field or project-site experience.
• Exposure to cost control and scheduling.
• Experience managing multinational joint ventures.
