What you will do

• Analyze project specifications to define scope of work and technical requirements.
• Generate initial AutoCAD drawings to illustrate project size and context.
• Collaborate with the Proposal Manager to develop commercial bid forms, price summaries, and option pricing.
• Request and evaluate material, labor, and equipment quotes from vendors.
• Initiate construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate with internal engineering departments to support the proposal development process.

Requirements

• Vocational, technical certification, or Associate Degree in an engineering field required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work on-site in Pineville, Louisiana.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a valid Motor Vehicle Report.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Civil, or Electrical Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
