What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans, and benchmarking reports.
• Develop Value Engineering and Life Cycle Costing options to optimize project spend.
• Identify project risks, maintain risk registers, and support procurement processes.
• Advise client and design teams on cost implications during project meetings.
• Manage lease negotiations, change orders, invoices, and development appraisals.
• Contribute to the creation of project templates and qualification questionnaires.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost estimating or quantity surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of advanced proficiency in CostX for producing estimates and bills.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA to enable client delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with data centers or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification.
• MRICS status.
• Knowledge of sustainability trends in construction.
• Field experience and post-contract administration skills.
