What you will do

• Prepare accurate and detailed construction cost estimates from conceptual design through final construction documents.
• Perform plan and specification analysis, take-offs, and pricing for various types of construction projects.
• Conduct detailed bid analysis and prepare independent estimates to identify scope and pricing variances.
• Research material and labor pricing using market studies, local conditions, and historical data.
• Lead value engineering studies, cost strategy estimates, and negotiations with contractors.
• Present technical evaluations and cost recommendations to management and client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in cost estimation.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Estimating Software.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines for several simultaneous assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication and superior active listening skills.
