Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $94,000 – $158,100 annually (location-dependent)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of new and developing hirify.global Premier Agent partners, facilitating onboarding and training sessions.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to align hirify.global solutions with partner success criteria.
  • Monitor platform adoption metrics and identify gaps to provide tailored recommendations and action plans.
  • Maintain clear documentation of partner plans, risks, and milestones to ensure reliable follow-through.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to support partner outcomes.
  • Interpret performance data using Salesforce and BI dashboards to drive measurable adoption results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, account coordination, or partner enablement.
  • Must be based in the United States (all 50 states eligible with limited exceptions).
  • Strong background in real estate, SaaS, or B2B account management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and comfort learning BI tools like Tableau.
  • Strong business and sales acumen with the ability to interpret funnel metrics and connect activity to outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate training and drive change adoption.

  • Direct experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex B2B partner relationships.
