What you will do

• Own the post-sale technical relationship as the primary advisor for enterprise customers.
• Lead onboarding engagements, including deployment, configuration, and production rollout.
• Develop rollout strategies and help teams integrate security tools into existing workflows.
• Conduct health checks and architecture reviews to ensure customers realize full value.
• Build ROI stories and technical narratives to support renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python
• Comfort working in command line interfaces
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical depth for executive audiences

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Application Security teams
• Familiarity with secret scanning, SAST, or DAST tooling
• Understanding of networking concepts like TLS/SSL, proxies, and firewalls
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
