Compensation: $141,000–$220,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the post-sale technical relationship as the primary advisor for enterprise customers.
- Lead onboarding engagements, including deployment, configuration, and production rollout.
- Develop rollout strategies and help teams integrate security tools into existing workflows.
- Conduct health checks and architecture reviews to ensure customers realize full value.
- Build ROI stories and technical narratives to support renewals and expansion.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to advocate for customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 4+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager
- Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Python
- Comfort working in command line interfaces
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical depth for executive audiences
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Application Security teams
- Familiarity with secret scanning, SAST, or DAST tooling
- Understanding of networking concepts like TLS/SSL, proxies, and firewalls
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
