TL;DR

Revenue Operations Analyst (Healthcare SaaS): Optimizing the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and managing the interlock between marketing and sales with an accent on GTM process efficiency and data flow. Focus on designing end-to-end GTM processes, managing the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay), and providing intelligence-driven pipeline insights.

What you will do

  • Act as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent lead management and pipeline hygiene.
  • Design, document, and improve end-to-end GTM processes from demand generation to closed-won.
  • Support annual territory planning, quota setting, and day-to-day ownership maintenance in Salesforce and Chili Piper.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing KPIs using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Serve as the Product Owner for the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
  • Assist in sales forecasting, headcount modeling, and budget alignment for quarterly planning.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA (implied by benefits such as 401k and HSA).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations, Project Management, or SaaS sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Experience with Gong, Aviso, HubSpot, or Marketo.
  • Ability to validate reports and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
