Revenue Operations Analyst (Healthcare SaaS): Optimizing the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and managing the interlock between marketing and sales with an accent on GTM process efficiency and data flow. Focus on designing end-to-end GTM processes, managing the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay), and providing intelligence-driven pipeline insights.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

What you will do
- Act as the operational liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure consistent lead management and pipeline hygiene.
- Design, document, and improve end-to-end GTM processes from demand generation to closed-won.
- Support annual territory planning, quota setting, and day-to-day ownership maintenance in Salesforce and Chili Piper.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing KPIs using Salesforce and Power BI.
- Serve as the Product Owner for the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Gong, and Clay.
- Assist in sales forecasting, headcount modeling, and budget alignment for quarterly planning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (implied by benefits such as 401k and HSA).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations, Project Management, or SaaS sales.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience with Gong, Aviso, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Ability to validate reports and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau.
