Sales Operations Specialist: Supporting the full sales organization (SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs) by removing operational obstacles, providing guidance, and enabling efficient execution with an accent on workflow optimization, sales data integrity, and cross-functional issue resolution. Focus on documenting and improving sales operations processes, implementing sales tools/automation, and driving monthly reconciliation and data auditing.

Salary: $80,000β$90,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Act as a frontline resource for the sales organization by answering questions, resolving issues, and unblocking challenges.
- Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency.
- Assist with tool and automation implementations to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
- Support monthly financial reconciliation and data auditing processes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve escalated issues and maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role supporting revenue-generating teams.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Billing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy; ability to maintain sales data integrity and reporting/performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and other reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI tools including Claude and Serval.
- Experience supporting distribution and reseller sales.
