Salary: $210,000–$245,000 annually + 30% bonus target

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and full lifecycle management for a high-impact cardiovascular surgery portfolio.
• Serve as Team Lead for product management and training staff, providing mentorship and performance oversight.
• Translate clinical data into compelling value propositions and competitive market messaging.
• Own the creation and maintenance of local product management procedures and governance standards.
• Develop robust business cases for capital investments (CAPEX) and manage portfolio profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with multi-year innovation roadmaps and financial objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences required (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience in the medical device industry.
• Extensive knowledge of FDA, EU MDR, and global regulatory frameworks.
• Proven expertise in clinical marketing and surgeon engagement.
• Prior experience in people leadership or team management.
