Salary: $145,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Manage the member experience product roadmap in alignment with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver solutions that improve engagement and utilization.
- Define and track product metrics to measure success and inform ongoing improvements.
- Conduct internal and external research to identify new opportunities for enhancing the member experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
- Participate in continuous discovery and user feedback loops to refine digital and human-touch interactions.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 5-7 years of experience as a product manager in healthcare for consumer or B2B2C digital experiences.
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform product decisions.
- Familiarity with contact centers and performance metrics.
- Experience managing backlogs and breaking down strategic goals into actionable deliverables.
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Miro, Figma, Lucid, and Product Board.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, or MixPanel.
