AI Product Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $170K – $220K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Own the internal AI roadmap, managing quarterly planning and setting priorities across the organization.
• Conduct discovery across all functions to identify and deploy high-leverage AI use cases.
• Build and ship internal AI products, including plugins, agents, and custom workflows integrated with tools like Salesforce, Notion, and Slack.
• Manage the AI tool stack and budget, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
• Track and report AI adoption and impact via a monthly executive scorecard.
• Establish AI governance and security policies in collaboration with the CTO and Legal regarding data handling and PHI policy.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in product management, business operations, or at an early-stage AI company.
• Must be based in New York City and able to work from the office 4 days per week.
• Strong technical fluency to build working products, workflows, or tools independently.
• Proven track record of shipping AI products or AI-powered operating processes at scale.
• Experience in change management, driving tool adoption across a large organization.
• Strong written communication skills for executive-level reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Prior experience in a platform PM role.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as LangChain, Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Assistants, Cursor, or Glean.
