What you will do

• Execute the strategic direction and technical roadmap for digital product experiences.
• Manage the product backlog, grooming deliverables based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into specific system designs and applications.
• Lead or co-lead governance committees and advise leadership on technology portfolio strategies.
• Conduct independent analyses of technical alternatives to introduce innovation and meet long-term business objectives.
• Mentor team members and delegate work to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline required.
• 12+ years of related experience in technology or healthcare.
• In-depth knowledge of technology areas impacting the area of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and resolve significant architecture issues.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
