Salary: $103,000 – $198,065 Annually

What you will do
- Execute the strategic direction and technical roadmap for digital product experiences.
- Manage the product backlog, grooming deliverables based on qualitative and quantitative data.
- Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into specific system designs and applications.
- Lead or co-lead governance committees and advise leadership on technology portfolio strategies.
- Conduct independent analyses of technical alternatives to introduce innovation and meet long-term business objectives.
- Mentor team members and delegate work to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline required.
- 12+ years of related experience in technology or healthcare.
- In-depth knowledge of technology areas impacting the area of responsibility.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to gain stakeholder buy-in and resolve significant architecture issues.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
