Associate, Strategic Finance (Medtech)

Location: Hybrid: New York City (3 days in-office per week, Thursdays required)

Salary: $87,188 - $114,434 per year

What you will do

• Develop data-driven recommendations for senior executives to influence pricing, growth, and the bottom line.
• Build financial models and tooling to generate business insights, competitive intelligence, and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Actuarial, Sales, and Regional Leaders to develop portfolio strategies for each market.
• Identify and research profitability tradeoffs, market trends, and membership insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Monitor ACA landscape metrics and report intra-year membership analytics to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of finance experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Insurance, or Financial Services.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience working with C-level executives.

Nice to have

• MBA in Finance or MS in Financial Analysis.
• Experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL/BigQuery to analyze large datasets.
• Experience working with NetSuite and Adaptive.
