Sales Manager - Cloud Solutions & Client Growth (Cloud/ERP): Lead a specialized sales team driving customer modernization, ERP upgrade adoption, and recurring subscription-based service growth with an accent on consultative selling, cross-sell/upsell expansion, and scalable sales motions. Focus on building pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and revenue performance while partnering across Customer Success, Consulting, Delivery, and Sales Operations.

Salary: $130,000 to $150,000 base + commissions

What you will do
- Coach and develop a sales team focused on customer expansion and recurring revenue growth.
- Drive revenue by increasing adoption of cloud hosting solutions, ERP upgrade services, and Client Experience Plans (subscription-based support).
- Manage pipeline health and sales forecasting, including CRM discipline and data integrity.
- Build scalable sales processes by standardizing best practices and improving quoting/contracting workflows with Sales Operations.
- Partner cross-functionally to support smooth transitions from sale through implementation and ongoing customer engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in technology, SaaS, ERP, cloud solutions, or professional services.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience coaching and developing sellers.
- Proven success driving revenue growth via customer expansion, cross-selling, and recurring revenue strategies.
- Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP solutions, particularly Sage products.
- Background in cloud hosting, managed services, or subscription-based offerings.
- Experience selling into existing customer bases and partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with value-based and consultative selling methodologies.
