What you will do
- Lead the annual GTM planning process, including fiscal modeling, investment analysis, and capacity setting.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement GTM structures, segmentation, and coverage models.
- Provide visibility into business health, lead funnel monitoring, and sales efficiency metrics using BI tools.
- Execute operational cadence, including supporting QBRs and management reporting.
- Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, and forecasting reliability.
- Optimize deal velocity by improving approval workflows and booking processes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant business experience in sales operations or strategy.
- Proficiency with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
Nice to have
- MBA or related graduate degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise sales organizations.
