Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000

What you will do

  • Lead the annual GTM planning process, including fiscal modeling, investment analysis, and capacity setting.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement GTM structures, segmentation, and coverage models.
  • Provide visibility into business health, lead funnel monitoring, and sales efficiency metrics using BI tools.
  • Execute operational cadence, including supporting QBRs and management reporting.
  • Drive CRM accuracy, pipeline analytics, and forecasting reliability.
  • Optimize deal velocity by improving approval workflows and booking processes.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant business experience in sales operations or strategy.
  • Proficiency with SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ), Clari, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • MBA or related graduate degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise sales organizations.
